Leading Up To the Event

We work with you to develop an Operation Business Profile to help us to identify your operation’s strategic goals and challenges, both short- and long-term. This profile will be shared with invited Business Partners during the matching process.

  • We also work with each Business Partner to highlight their company’s technologies and services. The information is compiled to create the Business Partner Profile.

  • You review the profiles of all the participating partner companies and let us know which ones you want to meet with. At the same time, partners review the Operation Business Profiles of all grower attendees to ascertain their ability to help operations meet their goals.

  • Meetings are scheduled for you based on your interest and the responses from the partners. The meetings that match up become your approved on-site meeting schedule.

  • Once all meetings are approved by you and the partners, we share your contact information with them so that they can reach out and set an agenda for the on-site meeting. This helps facilitate the meeting and make the most of your time together at the event.

During the Event

You participate in two full days of private one-on-one, 50-minute business meetings with the decision makers from leading supplier companies. In addition, there are plentiful high-value networking opportunities during meals and social functions. Growers are invited to attend a special program onsite where they can network, share insights and discuss market intel with their peers at other large growing operations in the country.
