GreenhouseConnect^SM is a unique, two-and-a-half-day invitation-only event which blends the best of networking in a relaxed social setting with your fellow industry leaders. These opportunities are wrapped around the core event activity: intensive one-on-one private meetings with key industry suppliers specifically matched to meet your individual business needs.

Agreements
The success of the event is dependent upon the active participation of all attendees. Below we’ve outlined additional information regarding your participation commitments. Please read each description below and check the box to confirm you have read, agree to and understand these expectations. All fields are required:
Executive Participation*
- Senior executives from both the grower and supplier companies are the invited attendees. The participation of key decision makers is vital to ensure the sessions are productive. Full participation in all event activities is expected, including both pre-event and post-event communication with the supplier companies you are meeting with. Should circumstances develop preventing your personal attendance, we will work together to agree on another senior executive to represent your company.
Advance Planning*
- You will be sent a short survey to identify your pressing business needs followed by an in-depth phone interview. Relevant details will be pulled from the survey and interview and be provided to suppliers. This allows for each company to create a recommendation based on your specific needs. Please note that both growers and suppliers are expected to participate in pre- and post-event communications.
Event Logistics*
- It is our pleasure to coordinate and provide for your air travel, airport transfers, resort accommodations and meals during your stay. Incidental personal expenses and the cost for family members and/or additional members of your company are at your expense.
Cancellation Clause*
- The nature of this event requires a considerable investment of time in advance planning, which results in financial commitments that are non-refundable after September 3, 2021. Beginning September 6, 2021 should you wish to cancel your commitment, there will be a cancellation fee of $1,500.

Terms and Conditions
We understand this is a contract with Meister Media Worldwide, Inc. (“MMW”), and agree to the provisions of the cancellation clause and fees found on this contract. MMW assumes no risk by our acceptance of the contract. We expressly release MMW from any and all liability for any damage, injury or loss to any person or goods and agree to hold and save MMW harmless of and from any loss or damage. We further agree to abide by the terms and conditions and any further rules and regulations issued prior to, or at, the event.*
